Terms and conditions of sale
This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Version of October 14, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the PhoneScroll Pro license on the phonescroll.com website. Any order constitutes acceptance of these terms, in the version in force on the day of the order.
2. Seller
theAppsfactory, SAS (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €1,000, 24 rue Abel Gance, 84100 Orange, France — RCS Avignon 821 324 332 — VAT FR57 821 324 332 — contact: intergoldex@gmail.com.
3. Product
PhoneScroll is a Mac app (macOS 12 or later) that backs up an iPhone to the computer and lets you read its messages. Backing up and reading are free. The Windows version is in preparation and is not yet available.
The PhoneScroll Pro license unlocks, with no time limit:
- PDF and CSV export of conversations;
- export of photos, videos and voice messages;
- restoring a backup to an iPhone;
- app updates.
It can be activated on two computers at most; an activation can be released from the app's Settings to move to another computer. Before buying, you can check for free that the app reads your conversations correctly.
4. Price
The price is shown in euros, including all taxes (29 €). For consumers in the European Union, French VAT is included. For businesses in the Union that provide a valid VAT number, the sale is made exclusive of tax (reverse charge). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Order and payment
Orders are placed on phonescroll.com. Payment is made in a single installment on the secure page of our provider Stripe, by bank card or another method offered; we never have access to your bank details. An invoice is sent by email.
6. Delivery
The license key is displayed immediately after payment and sent to the email address provided when ordering. It is activated in the app, from Settings › License. If lost, it can be sent again from the website.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer has waived their right of withdrawal.
Before paying, you expressly request to receive the license immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, by ticking the box provided. As the license is delivered upon payment, the order can no longer be canceled afterwards.
8. Guarantees
You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, French Consumer Code). In the event of a defect, write to us at intergoldex@gmail.com: we will fix the problem or, failing that, refund you.
9. License to use
The license is personal. It may not be resold or shared beyond the two computers provided for. It is prohibited to circumvent the licensing mechanism or to modify the app.
The app is intended for your own data. You agree to use it on another person's device only with their consent.
10. Liability
- PhoneScroll reads the content of the iPhone backup at the time it is made; it does not recover messages deleted beforehand and does not read encrypted backups.
- An export faithfully reproduces this content but does not constitute certified evidence; its value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Restoring replaces all the content of the target iPhone: check the chosen backup before starting it.
- Keep your backups in a safe place; we do not keep any copy of your data.
11. Refunds and payment disputes
In the event of a refund or a payment dispute (chargeback), the corresponding license is deactivated.
12. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
13. Customer service and mediation
For any question or complaint: intergoldex@gmail.com. If no amicable solution is found, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code); the mediator's contact details will be provided to you on request.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
